Wayne Rutledge serves as Area Manager for the Northeast and Southeast Regions. He is responsible for new business development, contract fulfillment, customer satisfaction, financial oversight, and employee management.
Prior to joining WOLTCOM in 2011, Wayne held various Central Office non-management and management technical roles in his 28 years with GTE/Verizon. Wayne also brings 10 years of extensive contractor management support experience to Woltcom in the area of Central Office EF&I. Wayne holds Associate Degrees in Business Management and Computer Programming.
Frank Perniciaro
Area Manager
Frank Perniciaro, National Accounts Manager is responsible for new business development and customer satisfaction for all Woltcom's national clients. Prior to joining WOLTCOM in 2009, Frank held various management roles in his 33 years with BellSouth of increased responsibility in Human Resource, Central Office, OSP Engineering, Special Services, I&R and Safety. Frank holds a BS degree from Tulane University, a Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and is a Board Certified Hazard Control Manager.
