Circuit Design/Data Entry personnel operate data entry devices to verify or record a variety of standard and/or complex coded and uncoded business and statistical source data into a computer. Circuit Design/Data Entry staff work under general supervision and typically report to a supervisor or manager, and must rely on their experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Circuit Design/Data Entry may be required to perform complex tasks. Some creative ability and flexibility is necessary. Candidates must have a high school diploma or its equivalent and 2-5 years of experience in similar positions or a related area. Knowledge of circuit design, from Sonet through DSO, is desirable.
