Frank Perniciaro, National Accounts Manager is responsible for new business development and customer satisfaction for all Woltcom’s national clients. Prior to joining WOLTCOM in 2009, Frank held various management roles in his 33 years with BellSouth of increased responsibility in Human Resource, Central Office, OSP Engineering, Special Services, I&R and Safety. Frank holds a BS degree from Tulane University, a Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and is a Board Certified Hazard Control Manager.
