Jack serves as Area Manager for accounts in the North Region. He is responsible for contract fulfillment, work quality, customer satisfaction, job profitability, and employee management. Prior to joining WOLTCOM in 2005 he worked for 4 years for the US Navy Interior Communications as an Engineer, 4 years as a Telephone Equipment Installer for Jackson Communications, 30 years in Installation & Maintenance as a Technician, Supervisor, Local Manager, Area Manager at GTE/Verizon and 1 year as a Telephone Equipment Installation Instructor at Century Staffing. His expertise is with all ATL/BTL delivery of wireline telecommunications from planning to construction to maintenance of all equipment, products, and services.
