Don Lickenfelt serves as Region Manager for the Northeast and the Southeast regions. He is responsible for new business development, contract fulfillment, customer satisfaction, region expense profitability and employee management. Prior to joining Woltcom in 2005, Don held various positions in his 39 ½ years with Verizon (GTE) as an installer, test engineer, technical support and installation supervisor. He also worked in Europe with Automatic Electric (GTE) for 4 years installing telephone equipment for the Armed Forces in UK, France, Germany, and Spain.
