John Rodriguez serves as Region Manager for the Southwest Region - California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona. He is responsible for overseeing COE installers and customer relations. Prior to joining WOLTCOM in 2004, John has enjoyed a successful 26 year career in the telecommunications business, with such industry leaders as GTE (Verizon) in a variety of management, administration and technical positions. John holds a BA degree in Special Education from California State University, Los Angeles. He was recognized by the CPUC Joint Utilities Committee for his "long term dedication and personal contributions to promoting supplier diversity in California and beyond." and by the Hispanic Lifestyle Magazine as one of the "Most Influential Hispanics in the Inland Empire".

Joe Pellegrini serves as the Region Manager for Northern California. He is responsible for contract fulfillment, work quality, customer satisfaction, job profitability, and employee management. Prior to joining WOLTCOM in 1998, Joe worked for JP Telecom for 8 years and for Bell Systems for 35 years. He has expertise in COE Installation of Nor-Tel Switching, AFC, Next Level, and Alcatel Equipment.
