Richard Carlsen serves as Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for new business development, contract fulfillment, customer satisfaction, operations expense and profitability, and employee management. Prior to joining WOLTCOM in 2000, Richard enjoyed a successful 40+ year career in the telecommunications business, with such industry leaders as GTE (Verizon), Alltel, Nortel and Alcatel in a variety of engineering, management and sales positions. Richard holds a BA degree in business from Auburn University.
