- Pre-Construction Analysis: Site development manager attends technical team meetings and works closely with the team to gather site-specific information, conduct site development assessments, and analyze preliminary design criteria and specifications
- Architectural & Engineering (A&E) Management: Based on the Scope of Work deliverables and performance specifications of customer requirements, we will develop preliminary site plans, full sealed complete drawings (CD), zoning drawings, survey, structural analysis, tower mapping, and equipment and relay rack layouts that cover all elements of construction.
