  • Quality Assurance - Woltcom has a Quality Director that has developed procedures on installations and ensures we follow Telcordia GR-1275 Installation Standards for Central Office installations for equipment installations. Our QA inspectors perform routine in-progress inspections to monitor our installers and ensure code and installation codes are followed. A final inspection will be scheduled with the customer for site acceptance.
  • Job Closeout Management - Upon completion of all work and verification by the customer, a Site Final Completion Certificate will be provided for each site, ensuring customer satisfaction and verification of project completion
