- Perform local searches for locations that meet the engineering criteria given in the search rings.
- Perform local zoning research and a preliminary determination whether site is located in an historic district for areas covered in the search rings.
- Identify viable sites per search ring which meet the clients requirements
- Identify the landowner of specific locations and make initial contact.
- Perform all lease negotiations with the landowner.
- Coordinate as needed with an approved attorney or legal reviewer on lease reviews or zoning issues.
- Identify all necessary easements and negotiate and close easement agreements needed for ingress/egress to each of our sites.
- Provide a complete lease signed by the landowner with all supporting documentation for countersignature.
- Provide weekly status reports and any special reports as requested and defined by Company.
- Provide a complete site documentation package at the completion of site acquisition to accompany the signed lease.
